MUNCHKIN MADNESS: CRISPIN GOES CRAZY!!!

Several weeks ago, I got a very pleasant surprise in my inbox from the hilarious Crispin Wood of Small Blue Yonder.  I just couldn't let this one wait for an open Guest spot,  it was deserving of an immediate post, and here it is, "Rising to the occasion!  Enjoy...

Apparently, there's a helium shortage in the World today, and now we know why!  Shame on you Mike and Mindy, for making "Light" of a problem that's rapidly "Expanding!"  And if you're gonna land in Oz, at least drop an a witch when you land!  You might have gotten a better reception!  I swear, those two are just full of "Hot Air!"

Crispin Wood is a genius, flat and simple.  When I read his strip, Small Blue Yonder, I immediately think of The Far Side.  It has that same sardonic approach that makes the gags pop out even more!  When Crispin asked me if I was aware of the helium shortage, I simply joked it could have serious implications for Mike and Mindy.  Let's face it, inflation is their trademark gag after all!  Little did I know he was dropping a hint for what might be the funniest Mike And Mindy Guest Strip ever!  Crispin knows comedy and I'm honored to have him as a friend!  Thanks again Crispin.  Hopefully those "Airheads" didn't deplete all the World's helium just now!

And so concludes the month of March!  We'll be back next time with a new Mike And Mindy that I'm sure everybody will want to "Gobble" up!  Until then, take care and I'll catch y'all later!

SHRINK AND BLOW: JACK GOES CRAZY!!!

Welcome back my CRAZIES!  It's Guest Week!  An The amazing Jack Slade of Scaredemy has come by with an "Out Of This World" comic that'll really "Lighten" up the mood!  Enjoy...

Wow!  Talk about an "Inflated Ego!"  Many have accused Mike of having a "Swollen" head, and this just confirms it!  I suppose stranger things can happen in space!

Jack Slade is the amazing artist behind the hilarious spook comic Scaredemy, the tale of a boy named Simon whose life is turned upside down when he enters his father's alma mater, which just happens to be a boarding school for ghosts, monsters and other ghouls!  Jack's artwork is so fluid and clean you can almost see it move.  And his stories are downright hilarious, among the funniest on the web.  He is also a very dear friend and one of my favorites to chat with on Twitter.  He even taught me how to draw folded arms!  Jack asked me last year to give his "Students" the CRAZY treatment, which you can see here!  Thanks again Jack!  Your talent is always "Expanding!"

Well folks, that's all for today.  We got another Guest Comic coming next week, a special toon from Crispin Wood that'll really "Lift" everybody's spirits!  Until then, take care and I'll catch y'all later!

COOKIES OF DOOM!!!

It's CRAZY, er, Cookie Season here at the CRAZYVERSE!  Normally, I'd be in hiding right now as every niece I have would be bombarding me with demands to buy Girl Scout Cookies off of them.  But only one niece still does it, and she's already met her quota so her mom laid off the demands!  Yup, all is well.  Or so I thought...

GAAA!!!  Totally forgot about my pals in the web comic realm!  Helen Madden has trained her daughters Pixie and Princess well!  Can't deny such cuteness! ARRRRRRGH!!!

I rarely make appearances in the comics, but this is a special occasion.  Last month, Helen Madden did a wonderful guest strip for the CRAZYVERSARY, inserting Mike and Mindy into her weekly strip Adventures Of A Cynical Woman.  Those goofy kids decided to take a "Bite" out of Pixie and Princess' cookie costumes, so I thought it would only be fair to let the girls have a little bit of CRAZY fun in return.  You kids are shrewd saleswomen!  Hope y'all break some sales records this year!

Folks, we lost a titan recently.  Animal House, Stripes, Caddyshack, Ghostbusters, Back To School, Groundhog Day...  Where would comedy be without these movies?  How sad would life be without these movies?  Flat and simple, Harold Ramis made this World a better place.  He was a huge influence on me and so many others.  Even now, weeks after, I'm still at a loss for words.  He was such a force in comedy, and yet was kinda this silent hero.  To be so good and yet so humble, he really set an example that so many young writers need to be following today.  I'm thankful that Mr. Ramis lived in my lifetime and thankful that he leaves behind such an amazing legacy and library.  Thank you so much Mr. Ramis.  May we meet on the other side.

Well folks, that's all for this week.  We'll be back next time with a New Mike And Mindy guest strip!  Until then, take it easy and I'll catch y'all later!

"SHOCKING" ANTICS FROM MIKE AND MINDY!!!

Welcome back my CRAZIES!!!  March has descended upon us!  Time sure does fly, but at least we're having fun!  Not a huge update today, but we do have some stuff to talk about.  First and foremost... COMICS!!!  That's right, Mike and Mindy are back and ready to "Charge" into the Spring!  Enjoy...

Talk about a "Shocking" result!  Say what you will about those two, but there's never any "Static" action with them!  Good thing they got an ample supply of striped shirts and purple dresses!

Well folks, CRAZY In Pink is still alive but desperately needs help!  Kim and I HAVE an animation studio already lined up and a voice cast set.  We are not just doing this by the seat of our pants.  We honest-to-God have a plan!  We even have new INSTANT INCENTIVES which can be viewed here! Please support this effort!  This isn't just to benefit Picpak Dog and Mike And Mindy.  If this works, we WILL be doing more animation projects with MORE web comic standouts!  Please believe in us!

Well folks, that's all for this week.  I'll be back next time with a new Mushrooms that'll leave everybody scared!  Until then, take care and I'll catch y'all later!
